Threaded suture anchors reduce the risk of tissue separation due to anchor slip. Not only do threaded anchors deliver more security than Nitinol arc "barbed" suture anchors, they also provide a path for removal, if needed. Offering excellent strength in a smaller size, this nonabsorbable, braided polyblend suture is preloaded for convenience. The short inserter and self-drilling design create a reliable and quick procedure.

The meniscal probes provide the surgeon with an excellent tool to assess the meniscus or soft tissue. A number of different sizes and lengths are offered for your convenience.

Meniscal Probes

The PushLock suture anchor is offered for CCLs and soft tissue-to-bone reattachment. Made with an inert, radiolucent, and nonabsorbable thermoplastic material called PEEK, this anchoring system allows for knotted or knotless reconstructions. Available in 2.4 mm, 2.5 mm, and 2.9 mm sizes for use in smaller bones.

PushLock® Anchors

The Stifle Distractors provide excellent joint distraction and meniscal evaluation and can be used in both open procedures and intra-articularly during arthroscopy without iatrogenic damage of the articular cartilage. The narrow intra-articular shaft diameter and the curvature of the instruments allow for easy insertion without interference.

The SwiveLock anchor is offered for CCLs and soft tissue-to-bone reattachment. Made with an inert, radiolucent, and non-absorbable thermosplastic material called PEEK, this anchoring system allows for knotted or knotless reconstructions. Common sizes include 3.5 mm, 4.75 mm, and 5.5 mm sizes. Specifically designed vents in the anchor body promote bone marrow flow and allow for bony ingrowth.

SwiveLock® Anchors

The TightRope implant’s FiberWire® suture is constructed of a multistrand, long-chain ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) core with a braided polyester and UHMWPE jacket that is used extensively in human surgery for many orthopedic applications and provides excellent strength, a soft feel, and abrasion resistance. The UHMWPE material has properties that make it stronger and less prone to failure than any other suture material. The implant uses bone-to-bone fixation, with superior strength and stiffness designed specifically for ligament repair.

 <li>Tarsus stabilization</li>
 <li>Cranial cruciate ligament stabilization</li>
</ul>
