Continuous Wave™ 4 Arthroscopy Pump


The Continuous Wave 4 arthroscopy pump offers technical innovations that maintain precise joint distention with independent adjustment of inline pressure and flow levels. New digital technology eliminates pulsing inflow and the autoclavable remote has an added flush button feature.

Advantages of the Continuous Wave 4 arthroscopy pump include a new and improved advanced fluid drive system that maintains distention even during aggressive shaver suction and cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) procedures. When used with the SynergyResection system, the shaver boost feature can be used to combat distention loss with even large-sized shavers and burrs. Fluid turbulence has been virtually eliminated with a new smooth transition from start to stop, maintaining a stable fluid environment with safe pressure. Advanced features of the Continuous Wave 4 include lavage that allows the pump to provide hemostasis at the touch of a button, shaver detection for smart fluid control during high fluid flow while shaving and burring, improved noise-dampening system for quiet operation, and the ability to display pressure, flow rate, and other special modes of operation on the monitor when used with SynergyUHD4 video system. All of these features come together to provide surgeons and the OR staff with a truly unique and reliable fluid management system.
