Die winkelstabile TPLO-Platte wurde im Rahmen umfangreicher Forschungs- und Entwicklungsarbeiten entwickelt und verfügt über wichtige Merkmale, die eine einfache und reproduzierbare Positionierung ermöglichen. Die Platten wurden mit Blick auf die Chirurgen entwickelt und verfügen über Führungsdrähte und Laserlinien für eine präzise Positionierung, eine kaudale Neigung, die ideal für die Verankerung der Schrauben ist, und einen proximalen Schraubenverlauf, der darauf ausgelegt ist, eine Osteotomie zu vermeiden. Darüber hinaus sind effizientere OP-Zeiten möglich, da die Chirurgen und das Personal nur eine minimale Konturierung vornehmen müssen.

Die Platte kann zusammen mit der InternalBrace^TM -Bandaugmentationstechnik für eine knotenlose laterale Antirotationsstabilisierung bei Hunden mit ausgeprägter Instabilität eingesetzt werden.
